LOVE STREAK

See the stars smiling at us,
Telling us not to make a fuss.
It draws in near,
We can’t resist its compelling force.

Oh moon how soon thou hath gone,
Hiding thyself amidst the wings of sky.
Oh flowers of precious beauty,
Beneath thy cloudy dust of leaves.

Whose role is to give chance to the rising sun,
Giving way for vengeance.
Shining down in brightness of day,
Giving out sign, it’s time for joy.

Feels like it’s the first of May,
Where in sunbath we lay.
Soon we become as bay,
Looking at each other… a lot to say.

So it goes like this… a lot to covey,
Still holding hands as we lay.
Then comes the day,
When no hands are left to play.

Tides will come ripping soon,
Washing off your footprints.
Though tides come and go,
Redefining each moment with chance.

Silver linings of cloud fill the sky,
Thus making it a grey mount.
This path is filled with thorns,
For many can go astray.

But your eyes blinks in unwritten poem,
And the wind conveys in gentle whispers.
Now you feel it’s just a sensation,
One full of feign imagination.
